Established in 1997, the company manufactures Menthol crystals BP/USP, Mentha Oil I.P, Peppermint Oil, De-Mentholised Peppermint Oil in its modern plant that is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.

Tirupati Structurals Limited (TSL), a leading manufacturer of PVC pipes and HDPE pipes in India, was incorporated in 1991.
